The U.S. Department of Education has implemented a new mandate for all schools offering programs of study at-a-distance.  Effective July 1, 2011, 91É«ÇéƬ OnLine must seek the approval from all states where its students reside.  This is a very long and cumbersome process that 91É«ÇéƬ is in the process of completing.
Effective immediately 91É«ÇéƬ is ±·°¿°ÕÌýaccepting admission applications for its online program from the following states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Nebraska, North Carolina and Wisconsin.
